Revelations

A series of sculptures created as part of a partnership between the metal workshop at ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres and the CNES’s Euclid project (on dark matter). The work consists of a partially decomposed log filled with molten lead, which was then sliced into sections to observe the evolution of the pattern left inside. A shape is formed, initially hidden, then gradually revealed by the cross-section.
