O

“O” is a multidisciplinary concert created by the all-female vocal ensemble Plurielles in collaboration with Ulysse Gohin, a visual and sound artist. The stage design features a series of luminous, motorized, and frozen objects that light up in sync with the sound, presenting light as an extension of the singers’ voices. The ensemble chose water as its thematic element. Ulysse has created a series of ice objects illuminated from within, which melt throughout the concert due to the heat from the light bulbs. These objects also create various reflections and projections on the walls of the surrounding space.

“O” invites the audience to immerse themselves in a living space where the singing influences the lighting atmospheres, their intensities, their colors, and the movement of the objects.
